Walking with Trust.
When PTSD is present communication can be strained or even nonexistent. Many times this occurs because the person is fearful of the repercussions of their communication, perhaps thinks it doesn’t matter, or because they believe if they avoid the issue it will go away. As trust in a relationship continues to be built the lines of communication open again. Sometimes this may require a reset again and again.
And, so we pray to the Lord for those families where PTSD is present that where a lack of communication or unhealthy communication exists that it can be reset. We pray that the lines of communication can be opened in ways they could never imagine. We pray that they can shift their focus from their trauma and look toward you to restore their peace, trust, strength and discipline.
Where in your life could you use a reset?

Ask God to show you the best way to reset that area of your life.

Shifting your focus can take much retraining our brain. It’s important that you ask God to cover you with His strength, love, and mercy as you work to keep your eyes on Him.
Breathe in deeply and look up! SMILE and feel God’s love beaming down on you. Let it warm and radiate through your body. Then walk forward with trust.
Y’all have a beautiful day!
All My Love,
Jen
