Our bodies are amazing temples of light and love. Over the next week, make it a point to take your body outside at least 5 of the 7 days this week. If you are not able to go for a walk consider sitting in the light. If it's cold out bundle up and sip on a good coffee or hot tea. Take the kids to the park or on a bike ride. Listen and look for the love and laughter. Watch the sights and listen to the sounds of nature. Give yourself time to breathe. Feel the sun as it shines through you!
